SUMMARY:Advent Procession with Carols: All Saints Cathedral
DESCRIPTION:The Cathedral Choir begins this “journey from darkness to light” singing the Matin Responsory at the main entrance and progressing by stations to the High Altar. At each station a lesson is read\, a carol is sung and candles are lit. The service culminates in the reading of St. Luke‘s Gospel\, in which the angel brings the news that Mary will bring forth a son\, “and they shall call his name Emmanuel\, which being interpreted is\, God with us.” \nNick is the Assistant Director of Music at the Cathedral. \nThis service is part of the Sundays at Four series at the Cathedral Church of All Saints.
